Welcome to Spiced Candle Shop. By purchasing my products or using my website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms in this legal notice. 

Product Use and Candle Safety:

Candles are open flame products and should always be used responsibly. Customers are responsible for the following all candle safety instructions provided with their purchase.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials, and other heat sensitive objects. Place candles on a stable, heat resistant surface and discontinue use when the candle reaches the recommended stopping point. 

Spiced Candle Shop is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow safety instructions, or modifications to my products. 

Product Information:

My candles are handmade and hand poured. Because of this, minor variations in color, appearance, texture, frosting, or scent may occur from one candle to another. These variations are normal and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual colors and appearances may vary depending on lighting, displays, and individual batches. 

Allergies and Sensitivities:

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and ingredient information before purchasing. If you have allergies or sensitivities to fragrance oils, waxes, dyes, or other candle ingredients, please contact me before placing an order. 

My candles are intended for their stated purpose only and are not intended for consumption or application to the skin unless specifically labeled otherwise. 

Intellectual Property: 

All content associated with Spiced Candle Shop, including logos, branding, product names, photos, graphics, written content, and other original materials, is owned by Spiced Candle Shop and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without written permission. 

Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spiced Candle Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of my products. 

Nothing in this notice is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law. 

Changes to This Notice:

I reserve the right to update or modify this legal notice at any time. Changes will become effective when posted on my website.
